Payment Policies

  1. A $75.00 non-refundable application fee is due upon enrollment in the BCCDS camp
  2. Payments are non-refundable after May 1, 2015
  3. Payments are due on the following dates:В 
    • March 1 (covering the weeks (6/22/15, 6/29/15, 7/6/15)
    • April 1 (covering the weeks (7/13/15,7/20/15, 7/27/15)
    • May 1 (covering the weeks (8/3/15, 8/10/15, 8/17/15)
  4. A $25.00 late fee is due if payment is not received on the first of the month.
  5. A $25.00 charge must be paid if a check is returned by your bank.В  The check must be replaced by cash or money order.
  6. A $15.00 late fee must be paid directly to staff person for every 15 minutes that your child is picked up after 6pm.
  7. Parents agree to pay for all weeks indicated. Weeks may not be dropped or exchanged after 5/1/15.
  8. After  5/1/15, all weeks signed up for must be paid for regardless if child attends or not. There are no exceptions to this policy. Weeks may be added once camp begins if space is available.
  9. All checks payable to Bucks County Country Day School
